Working closely with the Principal, Aled plays a key role in the effective management and day-to-day running of the firm, supporting business operations, coordinating internal processes and helping ensure the practice operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional service.

Outside the office, Aled proudly embraces his inner IT nerd, spending his spare time tinkering with technical equipment and building complex data systems for fun — because apparently, managing a law firm isn’t enough of a systems challenge! When he finally steps away from the screens and hardware, he can occasionally be found taking a well-earned break to walk his two dogs, who are presumably far less interested in data management and much more concerned with where the next sniff is coming from. In short, capable Practice Manager by day, IT enthusiast by night, and dog walker whenever the dogs allow it!
