Throughout his professional journey, Martin has worked alongside major global companies including Barrick Gold, Chevron, and Lithium Energy, gaining extensive experience in financial operations, business management, and corporate support within the mining industry.

 With a strong reputation working with leading law firms in Buenos Aires, his work combined financial management, legal coordination, and strategic business support, helping organisations navigate complex operational environments with confidence and efficiency.

Outside of work, Martin is actively involved in the local Rugby union community in Townsville as both a coach and a player. Rugby has become one of his favorite environments to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and networking skills beyond the professional world.
